Office Manager

The Office Manager will be responsible for all administrative and operational tasks related to the upkeep and management of the RxAdvance office space. He/She will provide general support and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office and will be the manager of the front desk/reception area.

  1.  Main Office Responsibilities
    • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area.
    • Maintain office efficiency by overseeing the appearance of common areas, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies, and equipment.
    • Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, mailing, and shipping packages.
    • Oversee and maintain office equipment by identifying and fulfilling office supply needs, managing vendors, and coordinating food delivery as needed.
    • Oversee the guest experience by ensuring a personal, friendly environment for anyone coming into the office, and maintaining complete accessibility in both availability and warmth of character.
    • Answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and inquiries into the company.
    • Have a thorough understanding of, and perform in compliance with, the current PBM v2.2 URAC standards applicable to the position
  2. CEO Responsibilities
    • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President & CEO including: coordinating meetings, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
    • Works closely and effectively with the President & CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  1. Education and/or Training:
    • Bachelor’s degree required
  2. Professional Experience:
    • 1 – 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
  3. Licenses/Certifications:
    • NA
  4. Specialized Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with scheduling appointments and booking travel
    • Supply management
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Motivated and detail-oriented
    • Careful attention to detail
    • Team player with a collaborative working style
    • Ability to multitask on different projects and timelines
    • Strong interest in healthcare and technology industries
  5. Technical Skills:
    • Strong PC skills; MS Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
  6. Additional Considerations:
    • Applicants must be able to pass a background investigation as all offers are pending a successful completion of background check per the company policy
